I decided to add a name onto the actual bottle, because, despite the easily recognisable design, i thought it would be good to add the name, so people new what it was called. I also decided to put the name on the bottle as 'Extreme Taste', because for short it will be ET, which to most will mean Extra Terrestrial and an Alien is the design of the bottle, so it is fitting.

The most likely title i will use for my film poster is 'The Beast' because i think it is relevant to what the film will be about and also because it is elusive and does not give away too much. I think people will agree with my choice of title for these reasons, i will also ask peers from my class on their opinion.

The photographers still have their copyrights to the picture, and so before you publish it in a magazine, it has to be approved by the owner in writing. But for mainly non-profit enterprises, most likely. So the answer to your question is that it does depend.
